Great stuff! Maybe you create a kind of Google Docs that will allow constant updates and alerts to those who "subscribe" to them. And perhaps a line /column for the "who should attend" that the conference producers put forth. And not to make more work for you, subscribers to the sheet or doc could sort/get alerts from the categories that are relevant to them. IE some may not be interested in bio-tech/drug discovery and others will. Thanks for all you do, Tim. Your productivity is amazing. :)
